Help repairing severely damaged hair?

So I got my hair dyed and long story short it is completely fried. I've been using coconut oil protein packs and its helping a little and I haven't been putting any heat on it or anything-except occasionally a blow dryer- but I was wondering if any of you had any tips? Thanks in advance ladies xx

Deep condition or condition first then shampoo. It can help but trimming/cutting your hair can quicken the process to getting back to healthy hair

Following. My natural color is black. I had to bleach my crap out of my hair three times to get blonde. Well I had to get my roots done and my hair started breaking off. It feels like straw now. I've been using the beyond the zone protein cocktail spray, and that seems to make it smoother.

Olaplex is by far the best product I have used to heal my hair. It used to be white and it started snapping off everywhere. That completely changed my hair and really helped it. It's a little pricey but worth it.
