I just got an IUD..

Well, I just got my IUD yesterday. The Mirena to be exact. But what's bothering me is that I am 1. having awful cramps - which is expected. & 2. I am struggling w the fact I am not gonna be able to have sex or any penetration for 2 weeks. If you have an IUD what did you do to deal w the sexual frustration? I love taking care of my boyfriend, it brings me pleasure to see him enjoying me doing things to him & him getting off. But he wants to help me too. Have any of you guys dealt w this too? Also, my doctor said I may develop an unpleasant scent. But I can't even wash it like - inside - which may be weird but that's usually how I keep myself clean, inside a bit & clearly the outside. What did you do?
