37 weeks & I'm super Exhausted & one sore nipple.

37 weeks today. Anyone else experiencing major fatigue the last weeks of pregnancy? I wake up and want to go right back to sleep after being awake for a couple of hrs. Just started hitting me like this a couple days ago. This is my second pregnancy and I don't remember feeling this exhausted with my 1st one. I know each one is different. My nipples just became super sensitive also but mainly my right one and I noticed if I squeeze my breast a little, a little liquid comes out. Is labor around the corner? I made it to 40 weeks my 1st and had to be induced due to high blood pressure. Just curious on others experiences. Thank you :)
