heart burn?

Lately, i've been getting some really bad heart burn! I haven't ate today & i've got heart burn? Does any one else suffer.. Any ideas what it could be?

Yeah Prego by chance? Otherwise if you eating a poor diet then your body could be telling you it's time to start taking care of your nutrition. Good luck!!!

Ps please don't take this wrong but when I was 19 I was so unhealthy "not a very fatt person" and I started getting heartburn out of no where and I ended up having fatty liver. So if you get anymore symptoms like fatigue or headaches you need to see a doctor and ask spastically about fatty liver because it's very common and not something doctors test for.

Spicy food, salty food, or really sweet food can cause it. Pregnancy can cause it. I like to suck on the peppermint life savers.
