9 days over due :/

So went to the hospital today hoping for a successful stretch and sweep but my cervix is unfavourable :/ I have been given 3 more days to come up with a decision on how to birth. I was trying to avoid a 3rd c section and spent soo much money preparing for a natural home birth. I just need encouragement or advice if anyway has had success in this area. In all honesty I feel depressed defeated and broken :( just feel numb how can my body not know how to go into labor??
