Lactose intolerant!?!?

Have any of you ladies become lactose intolerant since becoming pregnant??? Bc I have and it's been the worst!!! I get the worst horrendous gas pains!! But I want to know if it fades after I have my baby!?? Should anybody know the answers to my questions!??

I was lactose intolerant before becoming pregnant. I'll be sad if/when I have to go back to not being able to eat ice cream again after pregnancy ☹️

I've had issues with lactose intolerance/sensitivity with some of my pregnancies.  Then usually it goes right away....not always quickly though. And just an FYI a lactose intolerance/sensitivity in mama DOES NOT automatically equal one in baby.

I was before still am while pregnant. Lactose free milk is a life saver. It does take a little while to get use to the difference in taste. But after a while you seriously don't even notice or remember what "regular" milk taste like.

I was lactose intolerant before pregnancy and its actually gone away now! Crazy! My body has a hard time obsorbing  the calcium, so i get tonsils stones (ew i know) but atleast i can have dairy now lol

I haven't become lactose intolerant. But my husband did when he was 20 or so... I just wanted to let you know that you can get an over the counter pill called Lactaid (the generic works just as well) it's by the gas medications in most stores.

Also, Random fact: it's very common to be lactose intolerant. People who can digest lactose are the ones who have the mutated gene.
