Weird feeling/pain.. Help

Woke up in the middle of the night last night with extreme urge to urinate. Went to pee, afterwards still feeling like I have to pee.. Kinda like a uti. I was up for 3 hours going back and forth to bathroom while also having extreme abdominal pain. With a uti I've never had pain so I don't think it is that and I still have pain now .. Any help ladies? I have been having unprotected sex so just wanted opinions. Thank you!
