PMS After Period

Ok, it's crazy but bear with me. So I just got off my period. Like one day ago. Haven't had no type of sex for like a week(my baby is stationed in Portland). I woke this morning cramping. YES CRAMPING! I am very confused. I have also been have head aches like everyday of my period( natural for me but not after my period) Can someone please help. THIS IS CRAZY, above anything I have ever felt.
