Spotting after dr appt?

I just had my first dr appointment. I'm 5 weeks 4 days and they did an internal exam, Pap smear etc.. And now I have red spotting. Has anyone else have this happen after doctors visit?

After a Pap smear it's normal to have some bleeding... My dr didn't tell me that either last time I was pregnant😒 I googled a lot and called his office back.
