Cramps in left side

Hey just looking for a little insight. Has anyone else had bad cramping in one side day after unprotected sex? I believe I am obviating . May that be why I'm feeling these pains after? It's a dragging sharp pain. Not crazy enough to get tears jerking but enough to to make me curl up in bed. If I put a lil pressure on my left side The pain worsens. If anyone else has gone threw this please let me know. Anything is helpful
