Plan b takers?

So on Saturday I took a plan b so the next day I've been having severe cramps! I still haven't started my period which is getting me nervous, I took a pregnancy and its negative but this cramps are so severe! Is this normal. That was my first time taking it btw. Plus when I get this severe cramps I feel like I need to poop it happens sometimes and I have is this normal anyone?

Perfectly normol for plan b and yes it can cause severe cramps, heavy bleeding, mess up your cycle for a few months and also upset stomach diarrhea and sickness is very commen. Take pain relief if your medically able to and use hot water bottle to help. Once the bleed starts it usually calms down pain wise alot

It's fairly normal for plan b to screw up your cycle and cause cramping.  If it's so severe you can't sleep or goes more than 2-3 days call your doc.
