Bleeding again..graphic image pls share experience

The million time i am posting this issue..everything was ok,until i noticed this when i went to the toilet.i ran to the ER,baby seemed ok with 154 hearbeat. I am really scared something bad will happen. I wish i could control things somehow.i am 8 weeks pregnant. Could you please share with me if you had this happen in the first trimester amd were able to carry full term? I know everyone is different,but i don't have anyone to talk to. Thank you in advance!
