Too soon?

I'm 20 yrs old and my boyfriend is 27. He is about to go to grad school while I have one year left before I graduate college. We plan on moving in together next year hopefully when I graduate. We've been together for a year and 2 months, and we've started talking about marriage and having children one day, which I am very very excited about. Is it too soon to be talking about this? We recently just had an argument where I refused to talk to him and he said "if we really are getting married we need to learn to deal with our problems." It's been quite a rough time in a relationship but I'm positive we'll get through it. I just don't to rush things
