16 months of TTC & still nothing

What do I do? It's been 16 months of actively trying, I've had one chem and one miscarriage but still nothing since. I had an ultrasound and everything was normal. What do I do? I'm at a loss and TTC is taking its toll. I've tried 'not trying' for some months. I know 16 months isn't much on what other people go through but it's still rough
