2nd pregnancy

Hey ladies, new to this app, i think i'm about 9 weeks and 4 days? I go for my first scan next week!! I'm so excited to see my little jelly bean!! Will we actually see a baby at this far along- i will be 10 weeks and 3 days, my first pregnancy i had my first scan at 5w 6d and it was just a little ball. Also i have run out of pregnancy vitamins until next week is it okaybtontake natures own womens multi vitamin's In the mean time? Tia!
