Health advice
I want to live a more healthier lifestyle. I was apart of band and the flag team (color guard) when I was in high school. I was fit, healthy, and confident. Now I am unsure about myself, low self-esteem, and I haven't worked out/eaten properly in the past 5 or 6 months. So I decided to make a list of things I can change and bringing back some old habits. I was wondering if any of you ladies have advice for me.
1) Drink 1 bottle when wake up and eat a small breakfast.
2) Take 1 jog, 1 walk around, then start exercise
3) Drink 1 bottle water every two hours
4) Keep mind active
5) Yoga at night
