Labor near? FTM need advice

Was FORCED awake last night with stomach cramps. I ended up throwing up for about an hour. Couldn't get fully asleep due to contractions and my little one moving around like crazy! Once the sun came up I had to rush to the bathroom again and now have (sorry TMI) explosive diarrhea. Been to the bathroom 3 times now.

Contractions have calmed, but I'm still getting them every hour or so. Also having a hard time standing up straight due to intense pelvic pressure. I'm a FTM so I'm not sure what's going on.
