Make another nursery or just share rooms?

My son is 7 months old. We recently moved and have 3 bedrooms so made one of them his room. We painted it blue and bought boy bedding etc it's really boyish. We were told we are having a girl this time around wondering what you all would do? Should I just move stuff Over and fit another crib in? Or 
Should i create a whole new girls nursery what would you do if you had to make this decision?  We are a bit tight as this was a total surprise pregnancy is having them share weird considering the room is totally male like?

They aren't old enough to know the difference right now anyway, and if you're tight financially right now, I would let them share, and that way you can save some money, or purchase what you need to make her room a little at a time. By the time either of them are even old enough to care, they should both have their own rooms. I shared a room with my little brother until I was 12, so I know how that goes.

Can you paint one side for the girl and they can each have their side? Sounds like you don't want to use the 3rd room for a nursery, so just do what works for your family.

A girl is gunna need her own room anyway so why not just get it over with now?

I'd do a second nursery but do it in a theme she can grow into that way you don't have to change more then the bed as she grows.

I would do separate ur 7 month old is still very young and a newborn might keep him up or he might wake up his Baby sister.
