Is this a good indication that I don't have a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy even though I spotted a red bloody discharge a little bit yesterday? Currently 6 weeks pregnant and they couldn't see anything during the transvaginal ultrasound. My hcg level on 8/20 was 137 and hcg level on 8/25 was 214.... I'm so freaking scared of it being ectopic pregnancy... I don't want to have surgery and I don't know what to do right now :(((((
