So I have a 11 and 13 year old boy and I'm scheduled for delivery with my little girl sept 29. I didn't attempt breast feeding with my boys because I was scared about going back to work and having problems with it. With my little girl I decided I'm going to no matter what. Since I'm new to this I was wondering if anyone can tell me the essentials I need before she gets here. I already have a double electric pump bought. Want to have everything here before she comes so any info will help. Also is there any info I have to know about breast feeding that is really important foods or drinks to avoid, foods or drinks that are essential and anything else that will make this a pleasant successful experience will be appreciated.
