Someone give me hope.. I've lost it all

Did anyone else have their numbers go up slowly, and still ended up having a normal pregnancy? Or would you consider that I'm definitely having a miscarriage.... 8/20 my hcg was 137 and then 8/25 was 214... Also spotted some yesterday. Does it hurt when the mass comes out of you?😢
