Membrane sweep

Had a sweep yesterday and had some bleeding. This morning my husband and I walked around and shopped for about 3 hours and I had lots and lots of bloody mucus discharge. Does this mean labor is near?! I hope so😁😖 I was having stomach pains too...not sure if they were true contractions! I'm dilated to a 4 as well...thanks!
