HELP (caution wound photo included)

Hey ladies, i slammed my finger in a door at work on sunday and ive cause some bleeding under the nail, it hit hard so i broke a lot of blood vessels some at the tip of my finger as well, im feeling a bit of numbness and some slight discolouration idk if thats normal. Anyone have advice or tips or help in anyway?! Desperate! People are scaring me saying ill lose my nail😔
