What's going on??

So for the last couple days I have been nauseous in the morning, peeing like crazy, and more tired than normal. AF was on 8/3 for a week, and had a couple days of spotting last for/sat. I'm really nervous to test, I have a 9 week old and not sure if it's just stress and getting back to normal after birth, or if another one is on the way :/ anyone gone through anything similar??
