my boyfriend and i have been dating for almost four years, and we think we are ready to try sex. (dont worry; im on birth control and we're going to use a condom as well.) i know that for some girls, their first time hurts a lot, some a little, some not at all. if anyone would like to share some advice on what to do to maximize comfort for my boyfriend and i both, or just some general things to be aware of, itd be greatly appreciated!! ✌☺

Have him go down on you first so you have an orgasm to relax things down there, have like an hour of just foreplay so that you're loosened up and relaxed and it shouldn't hurt as much. I didn't bleed when I did this.

I'm assuming you're talking about PIV. It does not (and frankly should not) have to hurt. You don't have to tear your hymen/pop your cherry. The hymen is a stretchy membrane and if your body is aroused enough there shouldn't be any tearing or blood. Make sure to engage in lots of foreplay, and there really is no limit to how much lube you can use. Make sure to start slowly and gently. If your first time isn't that spectacular, that's okay. Most people's first times are not the best. It takes practice to figure out what makes you feel good and what makes your partner feel good. Have fun, stay safe, remember to breathe

be sure you're really wet , the condoms will help with that too , so hopefully it doesn't hurt 😊 other than that , just make sure you're mentally , physically and emtionally ready for that lol goodluck though ! my first time was terrible , it hurt the whole 15 seconds of it 😂
