So I've been getting the back pain that's been getting progressively worse. It doesn't hurt constantly but sometimes if I laugh hard or even try to walk I feel it all the at down my leg. I've talked to my doctor and now have tried yoga and stretching but it still seems every week as my daughter grows it gets worse. My last doctors visit I've gotten a prescription to have physical therapy done but before I had another scheduled appt to my already hectic life anyone have advice on things to try?
