Weaning off Inderal and Elavil, help needed

I'm going to be 32 weeks in 2 days, with twins so of course I'm lucky to be doing so well right now. Anyway, I'm a migraine sufferer of over 25 years (as young as 2nd grade). I'm on Inderal(Propranolol) 80mg and Elavil (Amitriptyline) 50mg a day, and it's time to get off. Dr doesn't want me to weaning off of both at same time, but time is limited to be off completely. Anyone out there took both and can give their experience on which they kicked first?
