New to Glow. Need some help.

My fiance and I have been trying to conceive for about 5 or 6 months now. I downloaded this app to get a little help from the ladies who know the struggle of conceiving. However I'm finding myself to be confused on the terms everyone uses here (TTC and the other ones.) I feel like as soon as I figure all those out, it will be much easier to receive advice on how to speed along the conception process. Thank you in advance to anyone who helps!
