Should I let my baby stay at my MIL's house?

My MIL is adamant about my son staying at her house. She has an entire nursery set up and everything. But she is a hoarder. She also has 4 cats and 2 dogs that are dirty as well. Here are some pics of their house. My husband doesn't see anything wrong with it and says I am over reacting and I just wondered what you all thought.
