Feel like I am literally falling apart!

Not sure if I have PCOS yet but just found out that I have a ton of cysts on my ovaries, retroverted uterus, umbilical hernia, colitis and degenerative disc disease.. All why trying for our second baby. I have a almost 3 year old and had a miscarriage at 11 weeks last year. We have been trying to conceive again for now 6 months. But the other night I got extremely sick and ended up having extreme pain where I had to have a cat scan to figure out the issue.. The stuff stated above is everything they found.
