Still take my prenatal vitamins?

I'm bleeding. Wiping blood everytime I go to the bathroom now. Should I still take prenatal vitamins even tho I'm pretty sure I'm going through a miscarriage....

Doctors recommend taking prenatal vitamins if you're trying to conceive. Never hurts to take a vitamin!

Go to the doctor ! If you're bleeding it's always best to make sure, even if you feel your are going to MC. My friend thought she wa going through a MC, her blood type RH - and her baby wa RH+ , she got a shot and was better. May not be your situation but it's not uncommon to bleed during pregnancy. Better to get checked out and get help from the DR if possible

I would call your doctor or go and see one. I had the exact thing happen to me and I called my doctor she said if it was only when I was wiping and not in my underwear and I wasn't filling a pad or panty liner that my cervix was probably irritated. But taking they do say taking prenatal vitamins while pregnant and if your trying to conceive is good in regards to your body having the vitamins it needs
