Sex life ruined

I went to the Gyn because of serious pain during sex and a smell that just wouldn't go away. Turns out I have Hsv 2. I've been trying to have a baby for over a year... I'm devastated, and depressed doesn't even begin to describe the feeling I have anymore. I don't even want to have a baby because of the fear of passing and I've wanted nothing more than to be a mother.. My hubby and I both have it now because one of us was unaware of having it.. My sex life is ruined.. It hurts so bad I can't enjoy it..
