He hates me 😭

So there's this guy in my class, I'm a freshman in college and so is he, we went to the same HighSchool but we never really talked ( we hung out with two completely different groups of people ) but when I was in high school and I seen him he would always say rude stuff, or comment mean things on my pictures ( not to mean but like poop emojis or stuff he knew was stupid) but we have a class together and he still is mean and rude... But today in class he passed me a note ( so cliché ) and he asked to eat me out ! I was like wtf ... I'm so confused like why would he do that if he hates me, and I knew he was being so serious because he tried to talk to after class and he messaged me on Twitter his number, should I just ignore him or partake in his foolishness?
