baby's 1st gerber

So my baby girl is 4 months and 3 weeks .. I started giving her Gerber but today I realized that there were little signs on the corner of the gerber that say supported sitter,sitter,crawler and so on. This is my first born and I didn't know that there were choices in baby food for the stages they are in I'm not sure which one I've let her eat  in category. Does it really matter ?? I've just noticed a little difficulty in her pooping so I am not going to give her any until I can get her the proper gerber🤔
