Nexplanon with Combination Pill? HELP
So I started going on the Nexplanon IUD in late December, 2015. Everything was going great - no weird symptoms, no bleeding, 100% protected, etc. That was until March of 2016 when I started noticing the weird spotting and bleeding. This has went on for literally 5 months.
I talked to my doctor and he put me on Sronyx (combined BC pills) and said I should try them for 2 months. I've been on them for almost a week now and the bleeding has stopped (FINALLY), but I'm worried that the BC pills will decrease the effectiveness of the Nexplanon when I do decide to have sex again. I've searched everywhere online and I can't find an answer.
Can anyone help me?
