Home visit from midwife, 20weeks?

I just received a letter this morning saying a midwife will be coming to visit me in September, I'll be 20w+2 days pregnant, anyone else in the UK had this??  I have an appointment with my usual midwife next Tuesday I'm going to ask why someone is coming to visit me at home.

I'm 23 weeks and there's been no mention of them coming. To my home, however this is my 3rd baby. I'd feel like they were checking my home out. They usually come later on in pregnancy or they'll meet you at their office. They came to my house when I was around 30 weeks to make my birth plan. After that it was just after I had the baby.
