SMA comfort milk advice

Anybody had any experience with SMA comfort milk? My son is literally screaming the house down from 2am in the morning to about 10am sometimes longer. He is so colicky and I hate him being like this I just want to make it all better for him. I have been using colief as infacol and gripe water not making much of a difference tbf, I'm also using dr Browns bottles already so any advice on the comfort milk will be really helpful!
