sounds weird/ need answers

Last night I was dreaming about having sex with my boyfriend. It was a great dream but something happened and I can't figure it out. In my dream I had an orgasm... But I felt like I was actually moaning in my sleep.. I woke up and I couldn't figure out whether I had an orgasm for real or just my dream?? Is that possible???
