It is possible to get pregnant with pre cum, very small chance though. However, many people wear condoms just in case their partner has an STD like HPV, which has almost no side affects in men, unless you get warts. They also don't test men for this if you go in to get an STD check. I got HPV because of this. I am on birth control so we don't use condoms. My fiancé did not know he carried HPV because he was checked after the last time he had sex and then came with me and got checked again before we did anything. Then I had an abnormal pap and they checked for HPV. They said most people don't even know they have it and that's why it's so easily passed around.
