I'm confused and scared

So I just got the bar in my arm on August 8th (this month) and they told me to wait a week before having unprotected sex (witch we did) but I started my period and something came out of me, I don't know if it's my cervical lining or mucus or what? It was like a rubbery feel to it with little tiny white/grey spots on the lower right hand corner. I've been cramping really bad and been dizzy for about a week or so. Does anyone know what this is?? Excuse my discusting pictures, I can't use tampons because they give me infections and I can't figure out how to get that off without deleting the whole post...
