Post-Sex Bleeding

I'm freaking out because after my partner and I had sex, I needed to pee. After I did my business, I wiped and looked down. I saw that I was spotting, bleeding outside of my period. I'm scared. He is well-endowed, and we used a couple of condoms. Could it be from all the friction of not being lubricated enough? Because we kind of skipped the foreplay and went right in.
