Af 7 days late..

So i guess this month im going without af or a bfp.. i was supposed to have a visit from af on the 20th. Im having every symptom known to man and i cannot get a positive pregnancy test. Constipation that turns into diarrhea, bloating, sore nipples and full feeling boobs, dizziness, and nausea that gets worse as the day progresses. Any advice on what i should do?
