Scared to take care of circumcision

(He got it done this morning at 2 days old) Every time I go to check or change my son's diaper the gauze for his circumcision is off.. And when I go to put another on he kicks off the gauze and I'm scared to grab the gauze and fix it ! He also kicked his penis (always does it when changing his diapers) and I swear it looked like it was starting to bleed, but it wasn't bleeding like they said so i figured it's the blood that's coming from it still clotting since it was really nothing. There's still blood every time the gauze is changed :( just scared to mess up and we'll have to go to the er. I don't know what to do 😭
