Am I in the wrong

Ok my husband and I just got into a small argument cause he was showing a picture of a lady. They were his neighbors and he considers them family. So he tells my daughter that she's grandma.I said no she is not. Is it wrong of me. I don't even know this people. His mom died when he was 3 so his grandparents raised him as their own and one of his aunt who loves our daughter dearly has taken the roll as grandma. That's who I consider grandma my mother and nana(aunt dana)
