Annoyed

My son was born small. 6 pounds + but he dropped weight in the hospital to 5 pounds + bec he didn't want the formula and my milk hasn't came in yet. But now he eats like crazy every 10mins-hlf hour he is eating. He is now one month and he weighs 8 pounds 4.5 oz as of Thursday. What annoys me is EVERYONE KEEPS COMMENTING ON HOW SMALL HE IS. I know he is small he was born small. They make me feel like i don't feed him and i do he eats every min. It's actually driving me crazy.
