What are your thoughts on this?

I came across this on a mommy group on Facebook. I completely disagree with this. If your baby isn't getting enough breast milk and nothing is helping give your baby formula. Plenty of formula fed babies are healthy. Fed is best.

Breastfed or formula, a fed baby is a good baby...rather than trying random mixtures that could easily make the child sick or worse.

The stigma surrounding formula and parents who give it seems to be having a mixed effects on children.

I'd just sarcastically reply let your baby starve then and see what happens 😂😂😂 she does sound a little over dramatic to me 🙄 it's pretty clear what she needs to do. Fed is best

I think she was just asking how to increase her milk supply or maybe trying to find some donated breast milk before trying formula. I'd try everything I could before starting formula too, I highly doubt she's going to let her baby starve...

There are things you can do and eat to increase your milk supply. There are also milk banks where moms donate their breast milk to mothers who cannot breast feed. I guarantee that's the kind of advice she was asking for.

There's natural formulas out there. I admire the fact that she tried, but she can't do it alone and the baby's got to eat.

Rolling my eyes so much right now. I'm only going to breastfeed for 4-6 weeks, IF that's even possible for me to keep up with twins! I have to be logical here, if I can't then I have to do what I have to do to feed them! Just can't help but wonder if this person was chastised for wanting to use formula and that's why she's saying that.

What are your thoughts on this?
