Spotting after sex.

TMI warning. Ladies I need some advice. I had a LLETZ/LEEP in early May this year I had clear margins. Since having the procedure I now spot for 2-3 days before each period. Last night my partner and I had very usual normal sex, nothing new etc I passed out straight after so didn't really clean up properly so to speak. When I woke up this morning there were a few spots of blood. Iv never had spotting after sex. My last period was on the 17th, glow  says I'm not due to be in my fertile period for another 2 days and I'm not on any contraception. Is this normal? Should I be booking a doctors appointment?
