Omg I keep having a dry cough every few mins

Omg I keep having a try cough every few mins ,my acid reflux is probably what's causing it. I'm pregnant so can coughing a lot affect my little bean? Is there anyway I can avoid having a dry cough(it hurts my throat!) Help please and thanks😊
