Help Me Ease the Pain

Hi guys, so I've had my IUD for about 3 months now. My periods/spotting have pretty much stopped for the most part (yay!), however, I still get super awful cramps the day after I have sex or even minor ones just randomly here and there. I did take a pregnancy test recently, which did come out negative, and my last time was protected with no issues, so I was just curious if anybody could provide some good remedies for these random cramps without the periods or maybe reasons why I may get cramps specifically after intercourse.
