Not your uterus, not your problem. If a couple is financially stable, mature, and independent, their age doesn't effect their ability to be good parents.

I'm 17, 18 in October... My boyfriend and I have had a house together since I was 16 and we've been together for 7 years. He has his own business and I work part-time. We've wanted a baby for somewhat just over a couple of months. My opinion  we're financially stable👍🏼🙌🏼

I'm 19 turning 20 in November and I'm living on my own with my husband and we are ttc I wasn't sure if I counted or not cause I'm turning 20 very soon I already tell people I'm 20 I normally do that like 2 or 3 months before I actually turn 20 so I can get used to the number cause people ask me A LOT how old I am because my husband looks a lot older then me when really hes just 4 months older then me and people think he's like 26 and think I'm 12 and I'm pretty sure the bank lady at my bank thought he was my dad lol she talked to me like I was a little girl at first and said so honey how old are you and I was like I'm 20 and she was like oh I thought you were 12... 😒

By most definitions, I'm not independent from my parents. Technically, I'm still under their roof. They have a large property and built an apartment on it. We were previously living in student housing at our university. We're saving tons of money because we don't have rent, and our meals are a lot cheaper because we can actually cook instead of buying convenience food.

I'm 19. I'm married. I'm living with my parents. I'm trying for a baby. And you know what?
None of that affects any of you.

Well alot of people say that it's crazy but I'm 18 not exactly trying nor keeping safe either I moved out when I was 17 and have been going to school and applying for jobs some people my age just aren't mature enough to even think about considering a child if you ask me . So where I'm getting at is if your mature and you have a life that would benefit the child go ahead but if you still live with your parents and are dependent upon them your not exactly ready not saying you wouldn't be great parents but the key to having a child is to be mature and financially stable enough to support it and give it what it needs
